Jane Yellowrock is a shape-shifting skinwalker who’s always up for a fight—even if it means putting her life on the line...

The Master of Natchez, Mississippi has a nasty problem on his hands. Rogue vampires—those who follow the Naturaleza and believe that humans should be nothing more than prey to be hunted—are terrorizing his city. Luckily, he knows the perfect skinwalker to call in to take back the streets.

But what he doesn’t tell Jane is that there’s something different about these vamps. Something that makes them harder to kill—even for a pro like Jane. Now, her simple job has turned into a fight to stay alive…and to protect the desperately ill child left in her care.

Jane to the rescue again. She truly is top-notch, kick butt!! Book 6 in the Jane Yellowrock series does not disappoint.

I enjoyed meeting some people from Jane's childhood, it didn't surprise me at all the way they described her from back then. Beast has always been feisty but she is especially feisty and rebellious in BLOOD TRADE. She is extremely determined to get what she wants, when she wants it. I continue to enjoy Eli and Alex. They fit right in with Jane and they make a great team. It was painful to watch Jane and Rick walk around each other. Bruiser is still in the triangle but I'm firmly on team Rick. They both have wronged each other and I think they should call a draw. Molly's husband makes an appearance and I hope that means Molly will be in future books. The characters truly make this series.

Jane continues to grow as a person and skin walker. I love that she has such a great group of friends and partners to help her out, she has come a long way from the lone hunter she was in book 1. Every book in the series has been full of action, mystery and danger. Start at the beginning and catch up, BLACK ARTS will be here next year and I cant wait to get it on my shelf.
I gave it 4/5 stars
